The story behind What Matters.

For Sir Jommel, CEO, and Ma’am Camille, Managing Director of What Matters, being a parents to two children—a boy and a girl—made them see a common challenge faced by many working parents: How do you pursue your career while making sure your children are safe, cared for, and close to you?

They didn’t want the answer to simply be leaving their children at home while they worked.

So instead of choosing between being present for their children and building their careers, they imagined a different kind of workplace—one where parents could work productively while their children could play, learn and be cared for nearby.
